LOFTS now has its own co-working space, known as LOFTS Flex Office. The property management team has converted part of the vacant office space into a modern co-working space – perfect for companies looking for flexible and individual work solutions.

Private offices ranging in size from 20 to 50 square metres can be rented, which are ideal for small teams or sole traders.

The space offers numerous amenities, including well-equipped meeting rooms, kitchenettes, communal lounge areas, 24/7 access and short-term leases for maximum flexibility. Regular cleaning ensures a pleasant working environment.

The terms are flexible and start at 6 months, with options up to 3 years – so you can tailor them to your individual needs. On request, the premises can also be rented furnished to make it even easier for you to get started.
