Haus der Mode becomes LOFTS

The former Haus der Mode has been operating under the name LOFTS since January 2021.

The property is located in the immediate vicinity of Breuningerland Sindelfingen and the A81, directly at the city entrance to Sindelfingen, in a prominent location, which gives the building optimal transport connections.

The LOFTS extends over 7 floors, with a total area of 24,118 m².
The underground parking garage in the building offers 450 parking spaces.

The rental areas and entrances will be redesigned as part of the modernization work. The highlight will be an 800m² atrium with landscaped gardens, meeting rooms with a room height of 6m and plenty of light and air for creative ideas.

In early 2022, the XtraFit fitness studio will open on 3,000 m² of premium sports space. There is also a cafeteria (bistro) and shower & changing rooms for the particularly sporty!
