Refurbishment work at Entrance 96 – the staircase is being replaced

We would like to inform you that construction work is expected to begin at Entrance 96 (Mahdentalstraße 96) from 7 April. As part of this project, the staircase will be completely refurbished. The work is expected to take approximately two months.

Following this, work will also be carried out on the outdoor facilities and minor work on the adjacent Entrance 98.

Following the renovation of the staircase, further work on the exterior facade is planned to further enhance the appearance of the LOFT.
